OUR STORY

Starfish & Coffee is a multi-award winning independent neighbourhood cafe, located at Egremont Gate by beautiful Queens Park, Brighton, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Royal Pavilion.

It was founded in 2017 by former radio presenter Tony Marks after he reached a career crossroads.

A love of cafe culture inspired him to take over a local venue that had been empty for 9 months becoming the fourth tenant in a decade. To make it work in this notoriously difficult spot Tony knew he’d have to make it one of the very best cafes in the city.

Since that decision was made we have proudly received the following accolades:
